Doin’ it in the Park

Doin’ it in the Park is the annual open-air African Hip Hop festival organized by Africanhiphop.com & Tolhuistuin. Every year around August, the newly discovered city garden of Tolhuistuin (just behind Amsterdam central station, former Shell cantine backyard) hosts a superb selection of international and local artists representing the diaspora African hip hop scene as it’s taking the world by storm. From Blitz the Ambassador to Baloji, Fredy Massamba to Salah Edin and Pan Afrikanz to Secousse, they have all played Doin’ it in the Park.
