On the last proper summer day of 2009, Africanhiphop.com threw a party in the newly discovered Tolhuis Park, behind Amsterdam’s Central Station (Holland). With an impressive line-up of African diaspora emcees in the Netherlands, free entrance and enough shade to hide from the scorching sun, Doin’ it in the Park attracted over 500 people during the afternoon and early evening. The unique ambiance was caught on camera by Alvar and Juma4.
